Experteer Overview
In this Medical Director role you provide medical, scientific, and strategic leadership for clinical trials and act as Medpace's internal medical expert for review, presentation and interpretation of results in study reports. You will contribute to the development of new clinical projects, including study design and project plans. The position offers hybrid WFH flexibility and a global scope across therapeutic areas, with meaningful impact on trial success and regulatory documentation. You will lead medical management, safety oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality trials.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide medical management and expertise for clinical trials
- Contribute medical expertise to study reports, regulatory documents, and manuscripts
- Manage safety issues in clinical trials and collaborate with associates for evaluation
- Participate in new business development through proposal and sponsor meetings
- Coordinate with other departments across feasibility, design, medical information, and document review/editing
- Ensure adherence to research-related protocols and lead teams in policy compliance
Zentrale Anforderungen
- MD degree or equivalent; board certification and current medical licensure preferred
- Prior clinical trial research experience preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical-related clinical research preferred
