In this Radiology Technologist role at Cooper University Health Care, you will perform imaging procedures across departments, maintain licensure and training, and ensure safety and quality patient care. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Adhere to departmental procedures and safety requirements (life safety, fire, hazardous waste, Radiation Safety, Infection Control)
- Maintain licensure and stay current through departmental training
- Perform imaging procedures (Portables, ER, Trauma, Fluoro, OR and General) as needed
- Provide courteous, service-oriented communication with coworkers and guests
- Maintain work area and equipment, monitor supplies, and manage department paperwork
- Assist with patient flow and care, supporting throughput via Radiology Ambassador team
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and attend staff meetings to support initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiology Technologist Program
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist)
- Current BLS
- NJDEP license – Radiology Technology
- Patient care and safe handling training required
