You will coach partners on product knowledge and market trends, aligning activities with corporate strategy. You’ll provide sales analysis and market insights using CRM and PowerBI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results. This position offers a dynamic, international environment with meaningful impact on fertility solutions worldwide.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own and grow distributor (Channel Partner) relationships
- Coach and support partners on product knowledge, local market trends, and consultative selling
- Execute sales and marketing activities aligned with corporate strategy
- Provide sales analysis, market insights, and accurate reporting using CRM and PowerBI
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Genomics, Equipment Sales, Clinical Applications, Regulatory, Finance) to deliver results

- Proven sales experience in the fertility or broader medical device market
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
- Analytical, results-driven mindset
- Thrives in a dynamic, international environment
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
