In this role you drive on-site project sales for gas generation solutions, partnering with engineering to develop plant concepts and delivering bids across Group companies. You will monitor markets and competitors, maintain CRM data, and train the sales force to win on-site acquisitions. You also shape the sales strategy for the on-site portfolio and ensure contract compliance while pursuing continuous process improvement. This is a global, cross-functional role that combines technical insight with commercial execution to scale on-site projects.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Acquire On-Site Projects, including cryogenic nitrogen generators, PSA- and membrane plants, and hydrogen facilities (SMR and Electrolyzer)
Monitor market and competitors and maintain CRM database
Develop on-site plant concepts with the engineering division
Prepare presentations and draft bids for Group companies and regional subsidiaries
Provide training sessions for the subsidiaries' sales forces on On-site acquisition
Develop and review the Group’s on-site sales strategy for contract compliance and performance improvement

Zentrale Anforderungen

Engineering degree with strong business acumen
At least 3 years of sales development experience
At least 1 year of project management experience
Experience in international environments and cross-functional teams
Strong communication, proactive, open-minded
MS Office proficiency
Business fluent in English; German is a plus
Willingness to travel 30-40%
