Experteer Overview

In this role, you will support the Corporate and Trust division in Luxembourg by maintaining accounting records and delivering financial reports. You will liaise with Trust departments, clients, and advisors to ensure timely, accurate information and overseer/administer audits and shareholder meetings. You’ll work closely with a young, expanding team to deliver compliant deliverables and contribute to ongoing client relationships. This is an opportunity to shape financial processes in an international setting and advance within the firm.

Maintain accounting records and prepare financial reports
Organise board and shareholders meetings
Organise and facilitate audits of financial reports
Execute client payments
Communicate effectively with Trust departments, clients, tax advisors, banks, auditors, and other third parties
Administration and bookkeeping tasks delegated by Team Leader or Supervisor
Develop strong relationships with advisors and clients and meet with them as needed
Proactively solve problems and pursue professional development
Maintain accounting records and deliverables for clients
Coordinate audit processes for financial statements
Prepare annual shareholders meetings
Follow up and review deliverables by Junior Accountants or Accountants
Delegate tasks to Junior Accountants or Accountants and monitor their development
