Position Overview
The Senior Associate - Family Law will provide expert legal counsel and representation in family law matters, working closely with clients to navigate complex issues such as divorce, custody, and matrimonial disputes. This position aims to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel in family law matters including divorce, custody, and property distribution.
• Represent clients in litigation and negotiations to reach amicable agreements.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Manage client relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the case process.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff in case preparation.
• Stay updated on changes in family law and related legal practices.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law, including litigation and counsel roles.
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice.
