Verantwortungsbereiche
- Prepare and communicate technical production and labour plans, scope, execution plan and responsibilities to team members, vendors and venue partners
- Determine and secure required resources for each project
- Maintain focus on client needs, manage show documentation and address client concerns
- Monitor and adjust project scope during planning to ensure successful completion
- Assist sales and operations in determining equipment needs and technical solutions
- Assist with creating technical diagrams when needed
- Review sales documents to ensure equipment and technical positions meet client needs
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide outstanding service while supporting retention
- Provide leadership for Technical teams on events
- Ensure HSE documentation (risk assessments, method statements) are in place and communicated prior to execution
- Act as project leader and onsite client contact during events
- Manage all phases of on-site technical execution from load-in to load-out
- Own inventory management during events
- Communicate project plan and client expectations to the event team
- Manage onsite changes to schedule, equipment or workforce
- Mentor team members on best practices and knowledge sharing
- Ensure compliance with Technical and Production Standards and health and safety requirements
- Follow up with clients on-site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly
- Assist in creating, analyzing and executing project budgets with regional leadership
- Manage event costs and communicate changes for billing
- Support post-event client invoicing and vendor payments
- Ensure compliance with Encore policies and procedures to minimize risk
- Complete post-event processes and post-show reporting, track workforce hours and equipment returns
- Participate in development of Project Management SOPs
- Contribute to event proposal reviews as required
Zentrale Anforderungen
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of technical experience in Corporate Staging or Broadcast
- Project Management experience preferred
- 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong technical background
- Strong client relationship skills
- Familiarity with budgets and cost control
- Operational logistics experience
- MS Office experience required
- Technical diagram knowledge/experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% may be required
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
