As Senior Business Controller, you partner with the CFO to transform data into actionable financial insight that guides growth. You bring structure to a growing, multi-channel business and translate margins, store performance, and regional trends into actionable recommendations. You lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning while supporting ERP initiatives and reporting improvements. This role sits at the crossroads of finance, data, and commercial performance, delivering tangible impact across stores, franchises, and channels.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Act as the CFO's right hand and provide financial insight to support commercial decisions
Translate large volumes of financial and operational data into actionable insights
Analyze margins, store performance, collection efficiency, and regional performance
Collaborate with the stock manager to optimize stock levels
Monitor return rates and investigate drivers to improve profitability and operations
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning; ensure reliable steering information
Lead or contribute to strategic projects (new stores, franchise expansion, ERP rollout)
Professionalize reporting structures and develop dashboards and Power BI integrations
Communicate insights to stakeholders across levels and drive data-driven decision making

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
5+ years in business controlling, FP&A, or similar analytical finance role (retail or logistics preferred)
Solid understanding of margins, store performance, collection efficiency, and return flows
Advanced Excel and BI tools experience; able to adapt to new systems/data environments
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
Strong stakeholder management and clear, grounded communication
Hands-on, proactive, practical mindset with results focus
Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus
