As Senior Business Controller, you’ll be a strategic partner shaping performance across Fastned’s European growth. You translate complex data into actionable guidance for Directors and the Board, collaborating with diverse teams to drive efficient, scalable financial operations. You’ll model scenarios for cash management and investments, own budgeting across Europe, and identify opportunities to boost financial performance in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Act as strategic partner by analyzing KPIs and dashboards to guide Business Managers toward goals
  • Build three-statement financial models and scenario analyses for cash management and investment decisions
  • Own Europe-wide budgeting: track opex and capex, benchmark performance, align estimates
  • Scale finance operations to support rapid network growth with lean processes
  • Collaborate on cross-border projects with commercial, marketing, operations, product & engineering teams
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual IFRS reporting and dialogue with the Audit Committee

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • 5+ years in a similar role
  • Master's in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • Clear communicator with ability to influence board-level decisions
  • Mastery of management control, investment appraisal, and valuation
  • Ability to build scalable financial solutions from scratch and work with large datasets
  • Collaborates with Data Analysts to ensure seamless information flow and strategic outputs
  • Hands-on, inquisitive, autonomous, proactive in managing complex projects
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Genuine passion for the energy transition
