Experteer Overview

As a Senior Commercial Analyst in FP&A, you will deliver in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions and optimize Sales Growth and Profitability. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to uncover analytics-driven opportunities that improve performance. You will forecast orders, revenue, and margin monthly and guide a small team of commercial analysts. This role sits within a high-caliber FP&A function at a global industrial tech company.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Provide thorough financial analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify risks and opportunities
Drive initiatives to optimize sales growth and profitability through data-driven insights
Conduct monthly forecasting for orders, revenue, and margin aligned with strategic objectives
Lead and develop two commercial analysts to ensure team goals and company objectives are met
Collaborate closely with a cross-functional FP&A team to drive results and alignment

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Master/MBA advantageous
Proven experience as Commercial Analyst or Financial Analyst
International corporate environment experience (pre)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
High-level Excel; experience with Oracle and Hyperion (preferred)
Experience with Power Query, Power BI, and DAX (preferred)
Business-focused with strong financial acumen
Fluency in English
