In this role you will own the data strategy that drives pre-collections, third-party collections performance, and NPL divestments to optimize Loss Given Default (LGD) and portfolio value. You will bridge data execution with business impact, working closely with Finance and Credit Policy to embed insights into automated decisions. Expect to design experiments, build quantitative models, and standardize data governance with external partners. Verantwortungsbereiche

Design and implement champion/challenger A/B testing for third-party collection agencies
Analyze early-stage delinquency data to refine pre-collections policies
Build quantitative models for NPL forward-flow and spot sales pricing/timing
Partner with Credit Policy to automate underwriting decisions with downstream insights
Establish standardized data exchange, governance, and KPIs with external collectors and vendors

Zentrale Anforderungen

Several years of experience in credit risk, collections analytics, or portfolio management in Fintech or Banking
Expert-level SQL for data mining and structuring datasets from scratch
Experience building automated data dashboards (Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or PowerBI)
Experience analyzing financial metrics such as LGD and NPL portfolio valuation
Python for predictive modeling, statistics, and automating data pipelines (a plus)
