Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead portfolio strategies and roadmaps based on IVF market trends and unmet customer needs
Plan and execute commercial activities for new product innovations and launch initiatives
Monitor portfolio performance to identify profitable growth opportunities
Own global pricing strategy and annual price optimizations
Drive lifecycle management to maintain high-quality standards
Collaborate with global commercial leaders and marketing managers on growth initiatives
Support global marketing plans and tactics to boost adoption and evidence-based positioning
Travel internationally up to 20% (50 days) per year

Zentrale Anforderungen

Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen
Experience leading upstream marketing activities (voice of customer, value propositions, business cases, go-to-market)
Understanding of commercial marketing initiatives (campaigns, segmentation, targeting)
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint and detailed financial analysis in Excel
Scientific interest and technical understanding; knowledge of high-tech medical devices and IVF is advantageous
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Bachelor degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Science) and 6+ years marketing experience
