In this role you lead a group of laboratory analysts within the Biopharma department, ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery and compliance with company policies and quality systems. You coordinate resources, oversee technical documents, and support client interactions and audits. You will help implement SOPs and drive improvements in quality systems. This position offers impact across clinical and analytical work, contributing to patient health and experimental excellence. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable fast, compliant project execution.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Manage a team of analysts and allocate laboratory resources for projects
Oversee project status via LIMS and ensure accurate timesheet billing
Prepare, review, and approve study protocols, reports, and related documents
Design experiments and perform technical troubleshooting
Review data for quality and protocol compliance (SOPs, methods)
Review and approve investigations, deviations, QA audits
Assist in client audits, regulatory inspections, and client technical meetings
Contribute to proposals, project scoping, and pricing
Coordinate activities with internal groups and support functions
Assist senior leaders in responsibilities and develop SOPs and operational policies
Identify and implement quality system improvements

Zentrale Anforderungen

5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech or analytical contract labs
1+ year of leadership responsibility
Bachelor-level education in chemistry/biochemistry or related field or equivalent experience
Strong GMP knowledge and familiarity with ICH, EP, USP, EMA, FDA guidelines
Experience supervising technical staff and managing project delivery
Knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, UPLC, Dissolution, GC, Karl Fischer, UV-vis, FT-IR, TOC, Spectrophotometry, Mass Spectrometry)
Experience with QA, deviations, audits and client interactions
