In this HR Business Partner role, you act as the primary HR advisor to a defined client base in Germany, supporting around 300 staff. You partner with leaders to shape HR strategy, policies, and processes, while ensuring high-quality performance and compliance. You will manage recruitment, career development, and labor relations, including Work Council negotiations in a matrix organization. This role offers meaningful impact through aligning HR solutions with business goals and driving talent outcomes.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Serve as the HR partner to a defined client base, providing expert guidance and strategic support to leaders
Consult Management and employees on Employment Law, HR Policies, and Compensation, among other topics
Provide performance management support and help sustain a high-quality workforce
Review and develop career structures, performance reviews, talent assessment, and succession planning
Lead recruitment strategy and interviewing activities for the client base
Build productive relations with the Work Council and lead negotiations; manage labour law topics
Implement employment policies and procedures aligned with business needs

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree a plus
Proven ability to build trusted relationships in an international environment
Problem-solving and analytical capability with experience in HR metrics
Hands-on, flexible, and adaptable with a proactive mindset
Ability to influence and operate effectively in a matrix organization
Experience collaborating with the German Work Council is ideal
Advanced written and spoken German and English
