Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead global materials planning and distribution workstreams within the Perfumery division, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet service, lead time, inventory and cost targets. You will coach and grow a planning team and drive digitalization and optimization initiatives across regions. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership to enhance working capital and material distribution symmetry for the business. You will operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and contribute to a culture that values safety, inclusivity and continuous learning.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Deliver service, lead time, inventory, cost and organizational targets
Coach and develop the global materials distribution platform team to optimize cost, service and cash
Evolve regional allocation across constrained materials globally
Lead global material DRP routines and support regional teams to meet customer needs and BU targets
Develop strategies to optimize working capital and reduce lead times while increasing planning system usage
Ensure adherence to global material distribution positioning and symmetry recommendations
Drive adoption of digitalization initiatives within teams
Support, lead and coach the team with continuous improvement on distribution optimization for growth

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar
8+ years in Material Planning, Production Planning or similar
2+ years leading Planning teams (preferred)
Fluent in English; French a plus
Strong written and spoken communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Strong knowledge of SAP (R3/APO); Kinaxis Rapid Response a plus
APICS CPIM or CSCP certified a plus
Good Microsoft Office skills
