Experteer Overview

In this role you will support the development and maintenance of the master schedule within capacity constraints to ensure on-time shipments. You will collaborate with multiple functions to address shortages, adjust forecasts, and align plans with market demand. The position involves driving load leveling, improving inventory and cycle times, and using ERP to manage material flow. You will act as a key interface between Supply Chain, Finance, and site leadership to optimize costs and timelines. This is a hands-on role in a high-precision, defense-oriented manufacturing environment with significant cross-functional impact.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Forecast and master schedule input within capacity constraints to meet on-time shipments
Review shortages and communicate targets with Manufacturing, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering
Provide feedback to management to address schedule attainment issues caused by vendor shortages or customer changes
Manage scheduling across OEM pump, OEM valve, aftermarket parts, and repairs groups
Update master schedule and 30/90/91+ forecast to align with market demand
Level load the plan to improve inventory, fulfillment, cycle time, capacity management and growth
Utilize ERP and other tools to manage material flow and work prioritization
Identify project dependencies and critical path; schedule milestones
Interface between Supply Chain, Finance, Production and Site Leadership to reduce costs and cycle times and determine line rates across planning horizons

Zentrale Anforderungen

Strong MRP and Projectized MRP disciplines
Strong ERP knowledge, preferably IFS ERP Apps 7+
Proficient in spreadsheets and MS Office for data analysis
Experience with shortage generation/tracking, capacity planning, inventory management and procurement
Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills
Adaptable and flexible
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Experience leading decision-making in a team environment
Motivated, results-oriented, and capable of critical thinking and problem solving
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
