Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end product design for Ticketmaster’s global mobile marketplace app. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate vision into pixel-perfect experiences for fans buying and entering events. You’ll shape scalable design systems, explore with AI-assisted methods, and deliver impactful mobile solutions at scale. The role offers the chance to influence fan experiences across 20+ markets and work with a distributed global team.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Guide product design from concept to final deliverables for the global mobile marketplace app
Conduct user, market, usability, and competitive research as needed
Map user journeys, flows, and decision points; document vision and strategy
Create storyboards, prototypes, and interactive assets with minimal supervision
Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration
Perform internal QA to ensure design specs are met
Collaborate with Analytics and Product Management to drive measurable UX decisions
Translate long-term business goals into compelling design solutions
Stay informed on mobile design best practices and trends

Zentrale Anforderungen

Extensive hands-on digital product design experience (UX/UI, mobile app, interaction design)
Able to deliver a range of innovative design solutions
Proficient in Figma or equivalent tools
Experience with design systems and pattern libraries
Strong storytelling and stakeholder presentation skills
Experience with high-traffic B2C mobile apps and e-commerce
Experience using AI tools in design workflows to accelerate prototyping and collaboration
Understanding of Swift / CSS / React or related front-end capabilities preferred
Knowledge of grid systems, typography, and graphic design
Experience with usability testing and reporting beneficial
