Verantwortungsbereiche

Own end-to-end delivery of water and wastewater projects from planning to completion
Direct project execution by coordinating internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
Monitor performance against budgets, schedules, and technical requirements
Serve as primary client interface, managing expectations and communications
Prepare technical submissions, bids, and supporting documents
Ensure engineering outputs meet industry standards, regulations, and internal quality benchmarks
Balance priorities across multiple active projects to maintain delivery and client satisfaction
Provide guidance and technical support to less experienced team members

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline
Extensive experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects in a consulting or engineering setting
Proven ability to lead projects across planning, coordination, and execution phases
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent
Strong technical understanding of water and wastewater systems and regulatory considerations
Solid commercial awareness with budget and resource management experience
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams
Familiarity with project delivery tools and standard engineering software
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
