As an RF PLL Silicon Validation Engineer at Apple, you own the bring-up and characterization of frequency generation subsystems in leading transceivers. Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead validation of PLLs and frequency synthesis subsystems in monolithic transceivers
Own bring-up and characterization of frequency generation blocks
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Firmware, and System teams
Drive adoption of modern automation workflows for RF validation
Troubleshoot and isolate root causes across hardware, firmware, or test setups
Demonstrate strong technical leadership and clear communication of findings to Chip Design and System Verification teams

Zentrale Anforderungen

5+ years of relevant RF/Mixed-Signal validation or design experience
Master's in Electrical Engineering (or PhD)
Deep understanding of RF transceiver architectures with PLLs/DCOs
Experience with cellular standards (5G NR, LTE) and mixed-signal blocks (ADCs/DACs)
Proven ability to debug complex silicon issues and drive solutions
Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment (VNAs, Spectrum/Phase Noise Analyzers, high-speed oscilloscopes)
Proficiency in Python for test automation (NumPy/Pandas) and data analysis
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
