Experteer Overview
In this role you strengthen Hirslanden's security posture by prioritizing internal and MDR/SOC tickets, identifying advanced threats, and driving automated incident response. You will collaborate with divisional ISOs, monitor threat trends, and continuously improve controls. You’ll help shape security operations by auditing governance, delivering reports, and expanding automation. This enables safer digital healthcare delivery across international environments.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Prioritize security tickets from internal teams and MDR/SOC across divisions
- Investigate advanced threats and perform threat hunting with the SOC/MDR team
- Review security tool configurations to ensure consistent architecture and optimal tool use
- Collaborate with divisional ISOs to support security initiatives
- Monitor threats, assess controls, and implement improvements to security posture
- Conduct governance audits in line with security policies with application team coordination
- Support security awareness trainings and phishing remediation efforts
- Prepare regular security reports and dashboards (e.g., XDR-Compliance, KPI analyses) for decision-making
- Contribute to the ongoing development of security operations infrastructure, focusing on automation and tool integration
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in information security or computer science
- At least 3 years of relevant cybersecurity/security operations experience
- Strong understanding of cyber hygiene, threat types, and security principles
- Experience with enterprise security tools and modern security operations platforms (e.g., Cortex XDR/XSOAR, Defender/Sentinel) is an advantage
- Experience configuring enterprise security tools and exposure to auditing/compliance processes
- Excellent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Desirable certifications (CISA, SSCP, CCSP, Microsoft Security Operations Analyst)
- Healthcare or international environment experience is a plus
