Experteer Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end supply planning for North America within the IBP Supply team, balancing availability, cost, and inventory. You’ll align with demand planning and cross-functional groups to meet service and financial targets and lead the S&OP cycle. The position involves strategic capacity planning, scenario analysis, and driving digital transformation, including SAP IBP implementation. You’ll partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and customer service to turn plans into execution.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead development and execution of supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets
Develop mid- to long-term capacity and supply strategies to support growth and mitigate risks
Partner with Demand Planning to translate demand plans into feasible supply plans and lead S&OP reviews
Provide scenario modeling and recommendations to balance cost, service, and inventory
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams to execute supply plans
Establish inventory policies, safety stock levels, and replenishment strategies; drive improvements in service and reduction of excess/obsolete inventory
Identify supply risks and develop contingency and mitigation plans
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes
Drive digital transformation, including SAP IBP Supply Module implementation in North America
Continually evaluate processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Work closely with Customer Service to align planning with customer expectations

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
8-12+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain management
Proven experience in S&OP / IBP processes
Strong understanding of ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, OMP, Oracle)
Experience managing complex, multi-site or global supply chains
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
Strong Microsoft Office Suite and SAP skills
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills: can work with large data sets to provide analytical support to all aspects of the business
Excellent oral and written skills
Ability to travel up to 15%
