In this role you will be the top technical expert for dairy process technology within FrieslandCampina’s global factory network. You will translate cutting-edge tech into business impact, lead strategic initiatives, and mentor the next generation of technical experts. You’ll drive improvements in efficiency, cost, and product quality through standardized dairy technology and cross-functional collaboration. Verantwortungsbereiche

Provide technical leadership by diagnosing complex factory issues and delivering sustainable, scalable solutions.
Develop and validate dairy technology standards and ensure their adoption across factories.
Identify opportunities to boost efficiency, cut costs, and improve product quality via process innovation.
Own process licensing for major capex projects (10M+) and drive technology selection and implementation.
Translate R&D advances into production-ready solutions and manage multidisciplinary projects.
Collaborate with R&D, Operations, QA, Engineering, and Marketing to align tech initiatives with business strategy.
Engage with external partners and international networks to stay at the forefront of dairy technology.
Contribute to long-term technology strategy and build capabilities through training and support.

Zentrale Anforderungen

Academic master's degree, PhD, or PDEng in Process Technology, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in food, chemical, or engineering environments with progressive technical responsibility
In-depth knowledge of dairy process technology and dairy production processes
Proven track record in process licensing for major capex projects (10M+), including technology selection and implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
Demonstrated project and stakeholder management in dynamic, multicultural settings
Experience collaborating with internal and external partners to advance technology
Fluency in English; additional languages valued
