In this role you will lead and contribute to the development of high-quality React-based front-end interfaces for enterprise platforms. You’ll manage a small engineering team, mentor members, and collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver accessible, scalable experiences. You’ll drive code quality, performance, and testing standards while shaping technical design and delivery. Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead and contribute to the development of complex React-based applications
Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver user-centric experiences
Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Break down requirements into well-scoped tasks and provide estimates
Make technical decisions balancing project needs, capacity, time, and best practices
Promote code quality, modularity, and responsive design
Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
Mentor team members on React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and workflows
Define technical design requirements and development standards for the team
Identify and resolve technical issues and manage risks and dependencies
Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and client presentations
Participate in engineering hiring and team education opportunities

Zentrale Anforderungen

8+ years of front-end development experience
5+ years focused on React
Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, HTML, CSS
Proficiency with modern React patterns (hooks, context, component design)
Experience with Zustand, Redux, or other state management tools
Understanding of UI meta-frameworks (Next.js, TanStack Start, Astro) and server-side concepts
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Vitest, Jest, React Testing Library)
Experience integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and performance optimization
Strong Git skills and modern workflows (CI/CD, code review)
Experience with Agile delivery and tools like JIRA
