In this role, you will lead scientific monitoring to keep Galderma at the cutting edge of dermatology and clinical innovation. You will act as the primary scientific contact for key stakeholders, guiding strategy before and after market launches and shaping internal and external scientific communications. You will drive evidence-based messaging, support global medical affairs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to translate science into product and brand impact. This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence dermatology strategy on a global scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Track emerging dermatology trends and identify innovations for product strategy
Provide expert guidance to Clinical Innovation and skin modelization teams
Translate scientific data into actionable product claims and positioning
Adapt dossiers for new markets and ensure regulatory compliance
Co-chair scientific communications strategy meetings to align plans with medical and marketing
Provide HCP inputs and represent dermatology voice in project teams
Coordinate cross-functional alignment with local Medical Affairs, Global Clinical Operations and skin modelization experts
Drive scientific initiatives around events (congresses, conferences, campaigns) under GSSF
Manage scientific publications tracking tools, newsletters, and the GSSF Portal
Review and approve scientific content across the business (Digital and Commercial Excellence materials)

Zentrale Anforderungen

10+ years of clinical research experience in a dermal/cosmetic field
Strong understanding of cosmetic development, skin knowledge, and stakeholder networks influencing consumer care
Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously
Proven ability to translate scientific information for dermatologists and healthcare professionals
Extensive experience in managing scientific communication strategy
Cross-functional collaboration experience across Clinical, skin modelization, Medical, marketing, formulation, analytics, and regulatory affairs
Ability to influence project teams and brand strategy needs
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Comfort working in a matrix organization with strong teamwork
Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative and collaboration
