Verantwortungsbereiche

Designs and leads programs to harmonize end-to-end supplier lifecycle processes (onboarding, qualification, segmentation, relationship management, performance and risk)
Contributes to development and enhancement of the supplier and raw material risk management framework
Leads and supports master data quality governance for procurement data
Supports Group initiatives ensuring alignment with procurement and enterprise priorities
Identifies synergies, drives continuous improvement to increase process efficiency
Fosters governance, collaboration, and clear communication across stakeholders

Zentrale Anforderungen

Minimum 5 years of procurement expertise
Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex global stakeholders, projects, and change initiatives
Strong knowledge of project methodologies
Strategic and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Effective interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
