In this role you will analyze procurement data to enable strategic decisions and drive operational efficiency. You will partner with management and cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes and ensure compliance, with ongoing data-driven improvements. You’ll work within your domain with guided support, shaping guided buying and supplier strategies to support business goals. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence procurement outcomes at scale within a leading media and technology organization.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Design and improve guided buying pathways within procurement systems
Align buying channels (catalogs, forms, punchouts) with business needs in collaboration with stakeholders
Define and enforce buying rules, policies, and user journeys for compliant purchasing
Support global guided buying initiatives across Cable/Sky procurement teams
Drive catalog expansion to support guided buying adoption
Develop dashboards tracking adoption, spend, compliance, PO accuracy and cycle time
Conduct market and supplier research to identify sourcing opportunities and industry trends
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies aligned with goals and budgets
Assist in executing sourcing initiatives (RFPs, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, SOW reviews)
Help manage supplier relationships through performance monitoring and reviews
Assist with contract lifecycle activities including redlining and negotiation of terms
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and improvements
Support procurement process improvement initiatives including automation and speed of sourcing and contracting
Contribute to policy development to ensure controls and regulatory compliance
Grow procurement and sourcing capabilities under leadership mentorship
Exercise independent judgment in matters of significance
Maintain attendance and willingness to work nights/weekends as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Zentrale Anforderungen

Experience in procurement or sourcing (2-5 years)
Ability to analyze procurement data and derive insights
Familiarity with buying channels and contracting processes
Experience supporting RFPs, supplier evaluations, and SOW reviews
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of procurement policies and internal controls
