As Senior Product Manager for turbine controls software, you drive multi-generational strategy and product management for embedded controls in hardware and firmware. You bridge technical depth with commercial judgement to shape differentiating control solutions while supporting both new development and the installed fleet. You work with Engineering, Services, and Commercial teams to translate market and field data into a compelling product vision, while owning commercialization and budgets. This role offers autonomy in commercial decisions and a chance to impact the wind business at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Own end-to-end product management for turbine controls software and firmware, including release planning and feature prioritization
Collaborate with Engineering, Services, and Commercial teams to synthesize customer needs, field data, and market trends into a differentiation strategy
Drive business case development, funding justification, and program oversight for continuous improvement and next-generation controls
Define and manage embedded controls requirements balancing new features with fleet sustainability and lifecycle
Ensure cross-platform compatibility with SCADA, Condition Monitoring, and Grid Integration product managers
Serve as customer-facing SME, supporting contract negotiations, technical reviews, and ITO activities
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments related to turbine controls and embedded systems

Zentrale Anforderungen

Master's degree (or equivalent)
Significant experience in Sales & Digital Sales Operations for roles outside the USA or Master's level equivalent for USA
Experience with embedded systems, real-time controls, or hardware/firmware development
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business cases and product decisions
Strong cross-functional relationship-building and stakeholder alignment
Proven program/portfolio leadership and ability to navigate ambiguity
Excellent verbal and written communication, with leadership presence
