Experteer Overview

As Supervisor in our GMP-analytical laboratory in Athlone, you will lead a team of analysts to deliver accurate, compliant testing that supports patient health outcomes. You’ll coordinate resources, implement policies and training, and drive timely, high-quality results for clients. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to sustain QA metrics and support audits, while developing staff to meet department goals. This role offers visible impact on product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Supervise daily activities of analysts, including hiring, development, performance reviews, and time/leave approval
Manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor performance metrics
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains
Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety policies; investigate root causes and implement corrective actions
Respond to facility audit findings and support management in SOP and policy development
Assist in preparation and implementation of PPD/client SOPs and company operational policies

Zentrale Anforderungen

5+ years experience in analytical GMP laboratory
1+ year demonstrated leadership qualities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred (education/experience could be considered)
Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Strong written and spoken communication; technical writing for SOPs/investigation forms
Project and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to train and mentor junior staff
