Experteer Overview

As Team Lead – Service Management you will coordinate and oversee development work delivered by supplier teams, serving as the main liaison between developers and customer stakeholders. You will guide progress, planning, and technical alignment, while ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality. You’ll identify risks and drive continuous improvement in collaboration and integration with the customer environment. You will onboard new developers and ensure alignment with architectural, security, and coding standards. This role suits someone who thrives in cross-functional settings and shaping end-to-end service delivery in cloud-native or infrastructure projects.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of development tasks by supplier teams
  • Act as primary interface between development teams and customer stakeholders
  • Facilitate status updates, planning, and alignment sessions with customers and service providers
  • Ensure development activities meet timelines, scope, and quality standards
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies
  • Drive continuous improvement in collaboration, processes, and technical integration
  • Onboard and enable new developers to project context, tools, and methodologies
  • Maintain alignment with customer architectural guidelines, security requirements, and coding standards

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • 6–8 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary development teams in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles
  • Experience coordinating distributed teams across organizational boundaries
  • Technical familiarity with Kubernetes, Go, and cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management, escalation handling, and expectation management
  • Optional certifications in project management (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP)
