Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead SAP IBP design, configuration, and deployment for client projects within IBM Consulting. You will act as a functional expert and team lead, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver value and adoption of SAP IBP solutions. You’ll translate business needs into scalable planning solutions and drive continuous improvement and pre-sales support. You join a global delivery culture centered on collaboration, learning, and impactful client outcomes.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory, Response, and Control Tower)
- Translate business requirements into system solutions aligned with supply chain planning best practices
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources with quality and methodology adherence
- Coordinate consultants, provide guidance and technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution adoption and business value realization
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and propose innovative planning solutions
- Support pre-sales activities including effort estimation, solution design, and client presentations
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to SAP IBP capabilities and accelerators
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Proven SAP IBP implementation experience (minimum 2 full-cycle projects)
- Deep knowledge of Demand, Supply, and S&OP planning processes
- Strong configuration and integration knowledge with SAP IBP, ECC/S4HANA, and CPI-DS
- Proven team leadership and client relationship management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
