In this role you will implement and configure Finastra software for clients in Switzerland, manage technical payment service requests, and define configurations to provision environments. You will lead investigations into issues and provide analysis or resolutions, collaborating with stakeholders in German and English. You will enforce standards to minimize operational risk and document go-live handover to the support team. The position blends client-facing duties with technical delivery in a global, dynamic setting.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Implement and configure Finastra software solutions for clients
Manage multiple technical payment service and support requests
Define client application configurations to provision environments
Lead technical investigations of reported issues and provide resolutions or analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders in German and English
Enforce corporate standards to minimize operational risks and report progress
Document and hand over technical implementations to the support team post go-live
Record and resolve internal defects and product-related issues with development teams

Zentrale Anforderungen

Strong problem-solving skills and technical background
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Linux and scripting
Working knowledge of client-server architectures and web applications
Working knowledge of databases and SQL
Working knowledge of (S)FTP, (WebSphere) MQ integration, REST API
Working knowledge of system and network setup and technical architectures
Experience with payment and AML screening flows, SWIFT services, and ISO 20022 standards
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in the financial industry (banks, insurance, or financial institutions)
