Verantwortungsbereiche
- Identify customer needs and translate them into technical and commercial opportunities
- Provide technical guidance and training to distribution partners, supporting joint customer engagement
- Manage smaller direct accounts under regional leadership
- Deliver product, application, and value-based presentations to customers and partners
- Prospect, qualify leads, and develop new opportunities via networks
- Maintain accurate CRM data and market feedback to internal teams
- Support new product introductions with application positioning and validation
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline
- 3-5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Experience with industrial materials such as adhesives, sealants, polymers or related chemistry-based products
- Ability to explain technical features/benefits to non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regionally (approx. 30-40%) and work remotely
- Fluent in English; German strongly preferred or willingness to develop quickly
- Autonomous work style with strong collaboration across internal/external stakeholders
- Commercial curiosity and motivation to develop sales and business development skills
