Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Identify customer needs and translate them into technical and commercial opportunities
  • Provide technical guidance and training to distribution partners, supporting joint customer engagement
  • Manage smaller direct accounts under regional leadership
  • Deliver product, application, and value-based presentations to customers and partners
  • Prospect, qualify leads, and develop new opportunities via networks
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and market feedback to internal teams
  • Support new product introductions with application positioning and validation
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline
  • 3-5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in an industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Experience with industrial materials such as adhesives, sealants, polymers or related chemistry-based products
  • Ability to explain technical features/benefits to non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel regionally (approx. 30-40%) and work remotely
  • Fluent in English; German strongly preferred or willingness to develop quickly
  • Autonomous work style with strong collaboration across internal/external stakeholders
  • Commercial curiosity and motivation to develop sales and business development skills
