In this role you drive imaging and microscopy solutions across a regional territory, partnering with life science customers to advance their research goals. You act as the technical expert within the sales team, shaping strategic objectives and introducing new products to the market. You will work with cross-functional colleagues to tailor proposals and expand opportunities, while traveling across Germany and nearby regions. This position offers meaningful impact through enabling customers to achieve cleaner, healthier outcomes by applying advanced imaging tech.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Drive territory sales to meet or exceed revenue and market share targets
Visit customer sites and influence purchasing decisions using solution selling
Develop tailored proposals and pricing/contract structures
Coordinate technical presentations with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Field Application Scientists
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead generation
Support product introductions and cross-functional collaboration to close deals

Zentrale Anforderungen

Master’s Degree or equivalent in a related field and strong imaging/microscopy background
Previous sales experience preferred
Ability to manage a broad territory and lengthy sales cycles
Proven ability to handle multiple high-value opportunities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to travel 50% or more
