Manage construction and renovation projects from concept through commissioning
Coordinate with engineering firms, contractors, and port authorities
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Implement new IT systems and digital solutions (TOS, yard management systems, customer portals)
Manage customer-specific infrastructure projects and service enhancements
Coordinate complex projects involving government authorities and regulatory compliance
Conduct comprehensive market studies and opportunity assessments for new terminal locations
Perform financial analysis and business case development for expansion opportunities
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or partnership opportunities
Monitor global automotive logistics trends and competitive landscape
Lead participation in international port concession tenders
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for new terminal operations
Develop compelling business plans and presentations for decision-makers
Manage the complete development cycle of new terminals from site selection to operational launch
Establish legal entities and operational structures in new markets
Oversee terminal design, construction, and equipment procurement
Coordinate with local authorities on permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance
Develop go-to-market and operational plans for new facilities
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target markets
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, commercial, finance, legal) on expansion projects
Collaborate on investment proposals and progress reports to executive leadership and board
