Experteer Overview

As VP, Strategy & Corporate Development you drive both organic and inorganic growth for Envista’s portfolio. You’ll partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable M&A roadmaps, lead deal sourcing and end-to-end execution, and shepherd post-close integration. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, finance, and corporate development to shape Envista’s next phase of growth. The opportunity centers on guiding high-impact transactions in the global MedTech/healthcare space with a collaborative, high-integrity culture.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Lead strategy development with executive teams and annual planning
  • Build and manage an M&A funnel through market and competitive analysis
  • Identify attractive targets and cultivate relationships with owners and management
  • Develop financial justifications and models for acquisitions
  • Negotiate NDA and LOI, conduct diligence, structure deals, and agree terms
  • Act as deal quarterback, coordinating cross-functional teams and external advisors
  • Present diligence findings and recommendations to leadership
  • Oversee post-closing terms, handover to integration teams, and track deal execution

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • 10+ years in strategy development and mergers & acquisitions with end-to-end deal experience
  • In-house M&A experience at a top-tier corporation
  • Prior M&A exposure in private equity, law, investment banking, accounting, or top-tier strategy consulting
  • MedTech/Healthcare/Manufacturing and international transaction experience a plus
  • Strong negotiation, listening, and conflict-management abilities
  • Clear, concise communication and ability to distill complex subjects into actionable decisions
  • Strong judgment for risk/opportunity assessment and independent point of view on deals
  • Financial modeling and valuation skills with analytical rigor
