Verantwortungsbereiche

Collect data, perform statistical analyses, and map processes to identify gaps and opportunities
Develop and execute comprehensive continuous improvement plans to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development
Lead high-impact CI projects across the operation and drive tangible business results
Assess CI initiatives and advise on future activity; support start-ups, retrofits, and expansions including go-live readiness
Identify and support automation projects; interact with account management and customers
Demonstrate and teach CI, QA, and Lean methods; apply engineering tools to optimize distribution/transportation operations
May supervise CI engineering and quality staff and participate in hiring and performance management
Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events; coach leaders on lean methods
Provide regular progress reports against site objectives; contribute to inventory and supply chain strategy

Zentrale Anforderungen

7+ years in warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing (or 5+ with a Master’s)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
Expert: Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Power BI and Tableau data visualization; SQL/DAX for database queries
Proficiency in Leader Standard Work, Visual Management, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S
Advanced knowledge of core engineering and data analysis functions (slotting, labor planning, layouts, metrics)
Warehouse design tools (AutoCAD, Slot3D), MOST; WMS and labor management systems
Knowledge of warehouse operations, data analytics, Lean methods; automation solutions
Experience with transportation design tools (JDA, Appian, Llamasoft, OTM) and mapping software (Tableau)
Lean Six Sigma, CPMP, ISO/QMS, APICS or similar certification preferred
Travel as required
