Our customer is a fast growing international online provider with EMEA HQ in Berlin. For the office in Berlin we a looking for an

 HR Manager fluent in French or Arabic (m/w/d)


• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, both internally and externally.

• Partner with business leaders across the different markets to drive an effective and impactful

people strategy, and ensure the delivery of world class operational HR services

and innovative people solutions.

• Ensure compliance with employment/labor laws for all assigned markets and drive employee

programs, such as pension contributions, insurance policies, visa and immigration, employee

relocations and parental leaves.

• Active colleague and partner to the EMEA HR team and EMEA Payroll Manager to ensure

alignment and smooth handling of employee matters.

• Point of contact for all employees in the assigned markets throughout their career.

Actively involved in employee life-cycle activities, such as promotions, transfers, and offboarding

of employees.

• Work closely with Legal, Accounting and Management teams to ensure high standards of

professional and ethical conduct are maintained throughout our company, and full compliance

with our legal obligations as required by law, and our company Code of Conduct.

• Oversee difficult employee relations matters by engaging with managers to properly handle

employee disputes, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

• Facilitate communication to the field on all human resources items and coordinate the flow of

information and feedback as appropriate.

• As a member of the EMEA and Global HR Team, take ownership for key EMEA or global

programs, through initiation or assignment.



Profile :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience as HR Manager, working in the EMEA region at both a strategic and

executional level, and ideally in high-tech.

• Solid knowledge of Central European employment/labor law, especially for DACH and France, as well social security and pension regulations.

• Proven ability to understand employee and management issues, and lead and influence change

and process improvements.

• Hands-on experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.

• Passion for working with sales organizations, with strong understanding of sales language,

compensation, techniques and methodologies

• The ability to operate effectively in a matrix, demonstrate agility in a fast-moving organization,

and cultivate strong relationships globally and in the region.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French or Arabic, additional

languages are a plus.

• Ability to travel to office throughout the region, and globally on occasion.
