Our Client is a midsized boutique organization specialized in fiduciary services,
administration and other financial services on behalf of multinational companies, private equity and real estate firms, private investors and/or their advisors.
A vacancy has arisen within their office in the vicinity of Zug and they are looking for a talented, motivated, social and pro-active ASSISTANT PRIVATE CLIENTS WITH PERSONAL MATTERS / FAMILY OFFICE
The taks of ASSISTANT PRIVATE CLIENTS WITH PERSONAL MATTERS / FAMILY OFFICE are:
Supporting the clients in all aspects of a busy and involved calendar. Overseeing their personal agenda checking all private meetings and co-ordinating with the office on business meetings. International travel and checking on all latest Covid requirements. Dealing with commercial and private transport, accommodation, transfers, currency, insurance, visas & VIP travel. Arranging family and business travel and itineraries / accommodations and happy to be flexible outside of hours when required. Liaising with all contacts when required, scheduling appointments, board meetings and private meetings. Dealing with all private payments and insurance policies. Dealing with household staff & recruitment of. Reconciliation expenses and assets. Checking all payments on credit cards. Managing personal bank account and reconciliation. Day to day appointments for the family i.e. doctors, dentists etc. Sourcing tickets for events of a high level. Handling post and calls. Personal admin and sourcing of gifts and unusual items. Discretion and confidentiality is key. Happy to support the clients out of hours especially when in different time zones and working around his work hours.
A high level of modern tech is required and modern methods of communication including Zoom etc. A high level of written and spoken English and wanting to learn and grow in the role
Some support to the trustees team when the clients abroad will be required (both in the office and remote) training will be given if required. Helpful and supportive team who will assist you to succeed and grow in the role
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred; and at least one year working in a Trust department is preferred.
Good communication skills coupled with the ability to liaise with people
internationally, through spoken and written channels and at all levels.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German important, Dutch/Spanish or Russian is a bonus though not obligatory just nice to have.
