Quality Control Manager (m/f/d)

My client is a successful family-owned company that supplies well-known industrial customers worldwide with high-quality coating systems.. For their plant in Berlin we are looking for a Quality Control Manager (m/f/d) in full time.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Team leader of 5 people in the area of quality control and sample production
  • Recipe transfer, control and maintenance in the in-house ERP system
  • Technical handling/definition of the handling of overstocked raw materials, finished goods and blocked goods
  • Responsible implementation of the relevant regulations and guidelines in the area of hazardous substances such as ChemG, GHS/CLP, REACH, TRGS, etc.
  • Recording/maintenance of hazardous substance and raw material and safety data sheets

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the chemical sector
  • Ideally experience in lacquers and paints, plastics or experience as as laboratory assistant
  • 5 years of professional experience in development or production of industrial coatings
  • Ideally experience with the legal requirements regarding hazardous substances such as ChemG, GHS/CLP, REACH, exposure scenarios, etc.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, self-reliant and systematic way of working
