As a IT Service Manager (m/f/d) Success Factors Talent Management you will be responsible for owning, implementing, and managing solutions that focus on continuous discovery, management, optimization, automation, protection, and governance of solution adoption. While being tech-savvy, your main focus will be on maximizing the business benefits of our solution investments while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

In this role you will be responsible for managing costs, budgeting, ensuring SLA adherence, overseeing the operations and performance of the solutions, as well as handling related ITIL processes.

  • Serve as the technical lead for the delivery of one or more services (Success Factors Talent Management modules) throughout the organization
  • Ensure that each service is delivered in line with specific attributes such as performance, availability, security, and more
  • Manage SuccessFactors talent modules Performance & Goal Management, Succession & Development or a smaller, less critical HR system such as Employee electronic file management system
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with operating the Talent Management, and HR Systems service
  • Appoint a technical architect and backup to support the smooth operation of the service.
  • Successfully completed Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, business informatics or a comparable completed professional education
  • A minimum of 8 years of consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Successfactors modules: Performance & Goal, Succession & Development
  • Proven experience in service management or service delivery in the SAP environment
  • Process-oriented and analytical thinking paired with the personal maturity to handle high-level responsibilities
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in English preferably in German
