For our area Bosch Mobility Solutions we are looking for an expert in HR Strategy & Steering.

Bosch Mobility pursues a vision of mobility that is safe, sustainable, and exciting, and combines the group's expertise in the domains of personalization, automation, electrification, and connectivity. Bosch Mobility is the largest Bosch Group business sector. It generated sales of 52.6 billion euros in 2022, and thus contributed almost 60 percent of total sales. This makes the Bosch Group one of the leading automotive suppliers.

As an expert for HR Strategy & Steering you are responsible for the development and steering of the People & Organization strategy in the Bosch Mobility Solutions HR environment in accordance with the business strategy. You identify and analyze customer needs as well as functional trends and innovations and convert these into needs-oriented HR solutions; in close cooperation with the HR Expert Function and the Corporate Level. You strive for excellence and proactively develop our Target Operating Model further. At the same time, you monitor and control the functional quality of HR in the Mobility Company using controlling instruments.

You work closely with business representatives from the various domains, the HR Leadership Team, the HR Expert Function, HR Service as well as HR representatives from the divisions and regions and ensure the systematic integration of the relevant stakeholders.

Work location: Greater Stuttgart area (with possibility to also work partly remotely)

  • broaden your intercultural experiences during a station abroad
  • Supplement your practical experience with a variety of learning and training methods, for which you will be given an individual budget

Personality: You want to shape the future of the HR area in an innovative and business-oriented manner, can proactively identify customer needs, analyze them and convert them into solutions and consistently derive strategic measures. You are a winning personality and an integrative mindset and have a passion for strategy and finding solutions and take scientific approaches into account. You are a team player and can combine different interests towards a common goal.

Experience and know-how: You have successfully completed studies in economics, social sciences or law, psychology or a comparable field. You bring professional experience of 5-10 years in the operative and/or strategic HR environment as well as international experience of at least 3 months. You have experience in leading project teams and business. You have a high ability to learn and cooperate internationally and multidisciplinary. Furthermore, you have a very good command of the German and English language, which enables you to work in an international context.
