    Aufgabengebiet

    ● Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of a compliance management system incl. coordination with the Group

    ● Identification, analysis and management of compliance risks in the operational units

    ● Further development, communication and monitoring of guidelines, standards and policies for compliance issues

    ● Supporting the implementation of actions related to ESG

    ● Legal assessment of compliance-related matters including tracking new laws and regulations and assessing the impact on the business

    ● Conception and implementation of compliance communication measures

    ● Preparation and updating of training documents

    ● Conducting compliance training

    ● Review of projects with regard to compliance-relevant matters

    ● Cooperation with specialised departments such as Internal Audit, HR and Legal

    ● Cooperation with law firms, auditing companies and authorities

    ● Prepare reports

    Anforderungsprofil

    Personal Capabilities Required

    ● Able to work independently to critically assess/analyse/provide recommendations

    ● Ability to work with others, gain co-operation and build relationships

    ● Positive, 'can do' attitude, willing to take initiative

    ● Ability to deliver in a challenging environment

    ● A strong service ethic focused on the needs of colleagues and good customer outcomes

    ● A structured approach to work and an ability to prioritise tasks in order to manage deliverables; and

    ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and EnglishFunctional or Technical Knowledge and Skill Required

    ● Degree in law, business or corresponding fields

    ● 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of compliance, risk management, auditing and/or consulting

    ● Ability to think analytically and quickly recognize complex issues

    ● Independent, self-reliant, results-oriented action

    ● Integrity, communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident manner

    ● Very good written and spoken English and German language
